King Realty & Auction, Inc. is a family-owned business serving the auction needs of the people of Northern Alabama and Southern Tennessee since 1939.  We operate as a full-service auction company in the selling of all types of real estate and personal property.  We conduct all types of auctions, both real estate and personal, for individuals, banks, trust companies, and personal representatives of estates.  Estate auctions are our specialty. We also list properties for sale such as farmland, timberland, commercial property, and residences.

Henry L. King, President of King Realty & Auction, Inc. has been an Alabama-licensed real estate broker since 1964.  Mr. King also holds a Tennessee Real Estate License, an Alabama Auctioneers License, and a Tennessee Auctioneers License (AL LIC. # 21, TN-450).  He is a member of the Alabama Auctioneers Association, Tennessee Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association, and the Muscle Shoals Area Board of Realtors.
